We have spoken to many flat owners over the past few months and there is one question we are asked more than most; ‘What can I do about it?’ 

Despite the different concerns we hear, such as ‘my service charges are to high’ or ‘when I report something nothing seems to happen’ it is always followed by the thought that a single property owner can do nothing about it. This is simply not true.

The actual method of changing a block manager will differ depending on the circumstances. However, a number of methods can be utilised by a single property owner to achieve a change in management. Even where a common consensus or majority is required it is often the case that the concerns experienced by a single property owner will be shared.
